All our products (such as email lists, databases, templates, and digital downloads) are non-tangible digital goods. Once an order is completed and the files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be physically returned, and once accessed or downloaded, the data is considered delivered.
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
You received a corrupt or unusable file, and our support team is unable to provide a replacement.
You did not receive the product after successful payment and contact support within 7 days.
All refund requests must be submitted to our support team at support@emaillists.store with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.
If you believe that the file you received is incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
We will review your claim and provide a corrected file or solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchasing.
The product did not meet your expectations.
You lack the necessary software, technical ability, or internet access to use the product.
You claim that the data “did not work” or was “not useful” after download.
